Communication and Development

The Communication and Development Office deals with the University's internal and external institutional communication. It looks after relations with the media and information professionals with whom it works for continuous cultural and educational development. It organises, promotes and publicises events and plans specific communication strategies. It also takes care of the elaboration, definition and promotion of didactic-scientific collaboration agreements with other universities, public and/or private institutions, schools of all levels, companies.

The office also manages projects and fundraising campaigns for scholarships and research projects promoted by the Association Pro Universitate Don Bosco ETS.

Public Relations 

The office handles external relations with public and private bodies and institutions, professionals, companies and associations to promote a continuous dialogue and comparison with the different realities. The person in charge of Public Relations is Dr. Francesco Langella.

 

Patronage

Patronage is a form of recognition through which the Salesian Pontifical University manifests its symbolic support for an initiative that is deemed worthy of merit for the scientific, cultural and social validity of the themes proposed, relevant to the university's aims and areas of intervention.

Sponsorships

Sponsorship involves the total or partial funding of activities of UPS and/or the various Faculties with scientific, cultural, training and promotional purposes, such as conventions, congresses, seminars, training events, etc., in line with the statutory aims of UPS.


Exhibitions

UPS encourages and promotes the realisation of exhibitions that are worthy of merit due to the scientific, cultural and social validity of the themes proposed, relevant to the aims and areas of intervention of UPS.

The exhibitions may be related to an event, conference, congress, course, research, etc. organised by UPS and/or the various Faculties and may normally last 7 or 15 days.
