How to do it?
IF YOU SUBMIT THE 730 OR INCOME MODEL:
- Fill in the form on the 730 or Income model (formerly Unico);
- Sign in the box “Choice for the destination of the five per thousand of IRPEF” in the section “SUPPORT OF THIRD SECTOR ENTITIES REGISTERED IN THE RUNTS PURSUANT TO ART. 46, C. 1, OF LEGISLATIVE DECREE 3 JULY 2017, N. 117, INCLUDING SOCIAL COOPERATIVES AND EXCLUDING SOCIAL ENTERPRISES ESTABLISHED IN THE FORM OF COMPANIES, AS WELL AS SUPPORT OF ONLUS REGISTERED IN THE REGISTER”;
- Indicate in the box the tax code of the Pro Universitate Don Bosco Association: 97536950583.
IF YOU ARE NOT REQUIRED TO SUBMIT A TAX RETURN:
- Fill in the form provided together with the CU by your employer or the pension provider by signing in the box indicated as “SUPPORT OF THIRD SECTOR ENTITIES REGISTERED IN THE RUNTS PURSUANT TO ART. 46, C. 1, OF LEGISLATIVE DECREE 3 JULY 2017, N. 117, INCLUDING SOCIAL COOPERATIVES AND EXCLUDING SOCIAL ENTERPRISES ESTABLISHED IN THE FORM OF COMPANIES, AS WELL AS SUPPORT OF ONLUS REGISTERED IN THE REGISTER” and indicating the tax code of the Pro Universitate Don Bosco Association: 97536950583;
- Insert the form in a sealed envelope;
- Write on the envelope “FORM FOR THE CHOICE OF DESTINATION OF THE 5 PER THOUSAND OF IRPEF” and indicate your surname, name, and tax code;
- Deliver it to a post office (which will receive it free of charge) or to an intermediary authorized to transmit it electronically (CAF, accountants, etc.).
